The well jacks are present but there appears to be no active power to them at this time.
The property has direct road frontage on Telic Run Road with great access from here but the property also benefits from two (2) other right of ways that access the property from further north on Telic Run Road and from the north end of the tract from Hazeltine Road. Both right of ways were used previously when the current owner did some logging on the front 58 acre parcel. Both are in good shape and add another dimension for the hunters to play the wind on a given day to access their stands. The Hazeltine Road access is gated and locked.
There is plenty of room for home, camp or multiple campers given the quality of access here. In addition, the property is only about 7 miles from the Allegheny River for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Also, Matthews Run at the end of Telic Run Road is a naturally reproducing trout stream which also may be stocked on occasion adding some great fishing opportunities within a short walk.
