The 7,500 square foot sleeping lodge consists of 8 Double Occupancy Queen Size Suites, 2 King Size Suites and 1 King Size Presidential Suite with a private adjoining living area. All suites have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Leona River Ranch is exclusively offered by Mark Hubbard Ranch Properties. There are no oil and gas facilities or mineral leases at this time. The Seller does own a portion of the mineral estate under the ranch, all of which will be conveyed to Buyer.
