If versatility in hunting is your thing then this is the ranch for you. Excellent white-tailed deer with introduced genetics are abundant, as well as Blackbuck, Axis, Oryx, Fallow Deer, and Red Deer. Dove and Bob-White quail are abundant and the fifteen or more tanks, ponds, and sloughs produce excellent waterfowl hunting. Most of the surface water features benefit from piped water supplied by an irrigation well that tested at one thousand gallons per minute with static water only twenty-six feet below the surface. The well is serviced by a propane-powered engine that also feeds a fully functioning pivot irrigation system that is set to water thirty acres or more of food plots and grain that can produce amazing dove hunting.
The high-fenced portion of the ranch (1375 acres) includes the headquarters and pivot, while approximately 860 acres remain low-fenced for free-range hunting. Both the high fence and low fence pasture have frontage along the renowned Medio Creek. The Medio creek holds water year-round.
In addition to excellent hunting features, this ranch is also a very strong cattle and horse property, with good cross fencing for rotational grazing and two good sets of pipe cattle pens.
