123.51 acres, more or less, of well stocked timberland located in north Tippah County on CR 310 (961 feet of frontage on each side) & CR 312 (1,626 feet of frontage) and, as the crow flies, some 2.50 miles SW of Walnut, 12.50 north of Ripley, 23 miles west of Corinth & 51 miles SE of Germantown.
