Tract 1 Description:

97.916 surveyed acres. This tract has 55 acres in upland tillable, planted to soybeans for the 2024 growing season. The balance of the property is timbered draws and grassland. This tract has three old barn slabs that could be used for multiple purposes or removed and includes a large freshwater pond.

Tract 2 Description:
