All of the wells are electric and powered by Natural Gas Cat Generators. All Valley Sprinklers. There is good barbed wire fencing along the perimeter of each parcel. Note that additional acres of contiguous groundwater rights will convey with the property to provide for pumping allocation and further well exploration and development if desired. The Seller will reserve the right to drill livestock/domestic wells. The purchase of this farm is contingent upon the Seller leasing the farm back at a competitive rate.
