For the adventurous and history lovers one can hike to the top of Banco de la Casa and explore ancient stone houses.

Access
Access to the ranch is provided by county road and private roads.
Hunting
The ranch lies in GMU 9 and typically receives 2 mule deer vouchers. The ranch is in a secondary elk management zone and qualifies for unlimited vouchers. Aoudad/Barbary sheep frequent the ranch and licenses are over the counter. Lion hunting in the area should also be good.
The ranch is uniquely situated to offer some very private hunting as it controls access to 1,000s of acres of public land and is very secluded.
Water and Power
The ranch has one spring located on the deeded ground with several additional springs located on the BLM lease. There is also a well on the BLM. There are no electric power lines nearby.
