Lindrith Hunting Cabin
5.9 acre wooded lot with a cabin and access to Public Land. BLM on the north Border and National Forest is less than a mile away. Lindrith is located in GMU 5A and has some of the best mule deer hunting in New Mexico. The elk aren't bad either. GMU 5A consists primarily of private land. The property is 2.5 miles off paved highway 595 and .5 miles from County Road 394. Electricity is connected to the cabin. Currently a water haul but a well could be drilled. Home is connected to natural gas - buyer to verify.
The cabin consisted of a 2 bed 1 bath with open living/dining/kitchen log cabin style kit. It does need some work before inhabiting. Wood stove or natural gas furnace for heat. With a little work, this would make a nice retreat or a great starter home.

! mile south of Lindrith turn east of county road 595. Travel 2 miles staying left. Turn right on Private Drive 1717. 1/2 mile on the left is the entrance. Watch for sign.
