90 acres, more or less, nice timber/hunting tract located about 3 miles east of Booneville (home of Northeast Mississippi Community College) in Prentiss County. You will note from the aerial that this tract is surrounded by large expanses of timberland that provide added privacy and habitat source for the deer, turkey and small game you most likely will encounter out here. I accidently flushed some turkey chicks while making pics for this presentation and Momma (notice her pic) was not happy!
