As you enter the property, the county road ends, and the owners' private roads and trails begin. The first thing you notice is that the road splits with one leg going to a high cube storage container sitting on a raised bed of gravel and surrounded by a gravel parking area. This storage building has been improved and wired for plugins and lights and would be ideal for storing your ATVs and equipment. In addition, this part of the property would be ideal for an engineered wetland for those who want to take advantage of this waterfowl flyway. Both shallow groundwater or river water could be used to flood a super duck hole of your own design.
