The remaining 43 acres are in upland soils located along a bluff overlooking the creek bottomland. About 14 covers an old abandoned dirt pit and the balance of the upland acreage is in mixed hardwoods. There is a spring fed creek that runs through this area and the topo is favorable for a nice size lake should that appeal to you. You would, of course, need to have the soils checked at any potential lake site to make sure that they are suitable for dam construction & water retention.
The outdoorsman/sportsman will find an ample supply of deer, turkey and small game to pursue throughout the entire tract and the former dirt pit will provide a great place to ride dirt bikes or 4-wheelers.
