103 acres, more or less (subject to survey), of cutover timberland conveniently located just outside of Pontotoc on Rosalba Road (CR 283) and about a mile from the interchange with new 4-lane Hwy 6. Tupelo is some 10 miles to the east & Oxford is about 31miles to the west on this same highway.

The timber was harvested in 2008 and was not replanted. We now have 6 years of naturally regenerated pine & hardwood new growth. About 19 acres covers two abandoned dirt pits that have been inactive since 2010 with the western pit covering about 6.50 acres & the eastern pit 12.50 acres. Two spring fed branches flow generally south to north through the tract and signs on the ground indicate an active wildlife presence. Soils are predominantly sandy loams.
