20.5 Acres close to I-35

This is a parcel measuring 20.5 rods along 92nd (approximately 340') then 1/2 mile or 2560' north and south along Logan Road. However Logan Road stops at 92nd and as you move south the owners on the east and west sides have fenced down the middle of the county road. The county no longer maintained the road and vacated that area and so both adjacent land owners shared that area and have moved fencing appropriately. The SW corner of the land comes very close to the adjacent river, but does not currently cross any of this acreage.
