Spectacular! Where in New Mexico do you find excellent trout fishing from your own bridge. The Rio Penasco traverses the entire farm, you can hear it from the decks at the lodge. The ditch-irrigated orchard stretches through Joy Canyon along the northern part of the farm. Equestrians and farmers alike will appreciate the large 28'x32'x16'tall all-metal hay barn on slab with horse corral. The ranch has 3 acre feet of water rights for domestic and livestock use, as well as ditch irrigation which waters the orchard which contains apple, peach, pear, cherry, plum and apricot trees. Along the SE boundary line the property borders National Forest.
