Location:
3 miles northeast of Dustin, OK. 2 miles east of Indian Turnpike. 10 miles south of Henryetta and I-40, 70 miles south of Tulsa, 100 miles east of OKC. On the north bank of the North Canadian River.
Land:
River Camp Ranch has sandy, alluvial river terrace soils deposited by the North Canadian River. The property gradually slopes to the south toward the river from an initial elevation of 770 ft at the north boundary to 660 ft msl at the river. Mostly wooded with clearings made for food plots and trails that lead down to the river. The property is blanketed by mature oaks, hickory and a few pecan trees.

Partially fenced on the north, west and south sides and fully fenced along the county road that forms the eastern boundary of the property. An older camp house with electric and water service and barn provide shelter and storage. Two tower blinds have been constructed on the food plots.
Wildlife/Hunting:
Food plots have been established for turkey and deer. In addition, you can hunt ducks in a small slough at the southern end of the property or in the North Canadian River. Bass, sand bass, and catfish can be caught in the river.
