The main original home is close to the road and hides the newer one. In turn, it is somewhat hidden from the road by trees. It probably dates back to the early 1800s and is large, 3436 ft2. There is a small back porch and a wood shed attached. Inside you will find an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining areas and living room. It has polyurethaned plywood floors. Elsewhere, except for one room, floors are the original wide planks, some extremely wide. Most of those have been refinished and show every nicely. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a mud room and a laundry also on the first floor. The largest bedroom there has 2 sets of double doors, one leading to the living area and the other to the second bedroom (which has a separate entrance).
