Hunting: Hunting in the area is very good, with large populations of whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, feral hogs, and several types of varmints. In years where overall quail numbers are good, this specific area holds lots of birds.
Minerals: Surface Estate only. There are several producing oil wells scattered across the ranch.
