Location: The property has a Colorado City zip code but is actually just a few miles SW of the community of Westbrook. Only 16 miles to Colorado City, 31 miles to Big Spring, 40 miles to Sweetwater, 72 miles to Midland, and 83 miles to Abilene. This is a good, centrally located place in West Texas.

Acreage: The total acreage is approximately 980 acres, comprised of a whole section (640 acres) and a half section (320 acres). Approximately 200 acres of this property is in cultivation that was broken out a few years ago. The cultivation is in wheat at this time and that crop is responding well to the recent rains.

Topography: The property does have a gentle slope that moves from the interstate area to the south end. That slope provides a perfect opportunity to capture water in the series of stock tanks across the property.
