Situated just over two miles from the dam at Medina Lake, eleven miles from Castroville, and 17 miles from Loop 1604, Ghost Oak proudly offers the ranch life, water recreation at the lake, and quick easy access to small town life and the big city. Ghost Oak has approximately five miles of seven foot tall game fencing to protect and control the top quality wildlife within. There are three water wells on the ranch. Two wells are equipped with electricity and 5 horsepower submersible pumps. With a total depth of 750, and static water at 307 feet, these wells produce approximately 45 GPM. A windmill services a third well in the center of the ranch.
Tucker Lake is a very well constructed man made lake on the property that is approximately 1.6 acres in size. This beautiful clear water lake can be fed by either one of the electric wells on the ranch.
