With 6+ miles of custom designed waterways and potholes along with planted field and flooded fields. Swarms of wood ducks along with a wide variety of migratory & residents make this world class. Extraordinary efforts went to establish this level of habitat & management making it a destination second to none for ducks & duck hunters. Along with 5 observation/ hunting towers, there are 17 quality waterfowl blinds nestled along the network of water and flooded timber. These turnkey blinds can accommodate 5+ hunters. No worries, there are doggie doors installed too. Spend a few evenings this fall listening to the wings whistle overhead. Take your pick of a fresh blind every day of the season or share this amazing resource with others. This could also easily operate as a commercial investment for an outfitter and compliments the other facilities here at Black Creek Conservation Club. Oneida Lake is less than 5 minutes away and is still considered to be a walleye factory and one of the best smallmouth bass fisheries in the New York State. It is said to have more fish per acre than any other lake in the Northeast; most notably loaded with walleye, largemouth/smallmouth bass, northern pike, chain pickerel, perch, panfish, and catfish. 21 miles long containing (50,000 acres), this lake is a fishermans paradise! The waterways along Black Creek Conservation Club consist of Black Creek, a tributary to Oneida Lake! These waters are full of fish so pack your fishing gear and experience low pressure trophy angling year around.

The Black Creek Lodge includes a great room adorned with trophy mounts, furniture, large comfortable wood stove. Attached is a spacious 22 person heated bunkhouse, full service sportsmans kitchen (professional grade), bow service room, bathroom and 3 stall shower room. Accommodations are perfect for large family gatherings, business meetings, outfitting large hunting parties or large conservation groups. Open the back door of the great room and you walk into a 5,000 sq. foot indoor/ heated archery range with a two story shooting platform boasting 30+ Rhinehart 3D targets and 6 bale style targets.
