WATER: Pinto Creek is a beautiful live water creek that flows through this ranch for almost 3 miles and is year round under normal rainfall conditions. There are two concrete dams built on the creek for swimming and lake enjoyment and plenty of room for more water development. Along the -creek are majestic rock bluffs, running rapids, natural water falls, and some beautiful blue-green crystal water. Next to the creek you will find giant Pecans and Live Oak trees which offer excellent habitat for wild turkey. In addition to the creek there are 2 water wells with several water troughs that provide water to the wildlife and livestock. One water-well is electric and the second water well is a solar well.
WILDLIFE: The ranch has been high fenced since 1984 and provides an outstanding hunting paradise hard to match anywhere in South Texas. There is trophy whitetail on the ranch that will score well over 170. The deer are fed protein almost year round. When conditions are favorable, there is superb quail hunting, white wing dove hunting, and good winter duck hunting.
