Wildlife: The ranch has been under MLD Level 3 management for 7 years. The native whitetail genetics have been enhanced with great genetic TTT bred doe releases and a few releases of scientific bred does from a quality operation. In addition to a great whitetail herd, there is also an abundance of dove and quail (approximately 70% bobwhite and 30% blues), some exotics (blackbuck, axis & fallow) and turkey. No hogs or javelina have been seen on the ranch.

Water: Water resources are abundant on the ranch. There is one Edwards Aquifer well on the property that is capable of producing 110-120 gpm, one domestic well equipped with an electric submersible pump, one solar well and a windmill. From these resources, water is piped to 4 ponds, several water troughs and a 15 acre pivot. Overflow water from the solar well in piped into a draw on the east side of the ranch.
