And near those structures is the water well. This well is not connected to the house, has a well pump inside and electricity is set up, but not finished. It would be ideal to use for watering gardens or live-stock. The Owners have not utilized the water well and do not know how deep it is.
The MH and the main house is on the same electric and water meter. Household Water is provided through the Gerty Water Department, which is known for its good water quality. Electric is provided by PEC and Trash Pick-up by City of Calvin. There are two volunteer fire departments in the nearby area. One in Calvin, less than 7 min. away and one in Allen, 11 min. away.
