This is a 20-acre wooded parcel located northeast of Wetumka, OK in large, remote block of timberland lying east of the Canadian River. There are no utilities and road access to the property is by a 30-foot easement that extends north from the section line located 660 feet to the south of the property. The timber in this area is typical of the Cross Timber Region, consisting mostly of post oak and blackjack. This is an affordable hunting property and could serve as the setting for an off-grid hunting camp. Additional drone photography will be added next week.
