The exterior of this upscale home is native stone veneer, which was harvested from this land; as well as the stone around the fireplace. Lets talk about some of the fine details this home has to offer:
As we enter into this house you will see an open living /dining concept. To the right you will see 2 tall PINE TREE PILLARS. Yes you heard right; these Pillars are actual pine trees. Unique and simply beautiful! Look at some of the pictures! Can you imagine your hunting trophys displayed on the wall or maybe a bear standing in the corner?
The large living room has vaulted ceiling of about 20ft. height. The fireplace is powered by propane gas and the surrounded by native stone also harvested from this land. The fireplace mantel is made from Pine Tree too; a Bob-Cat or large Deer -Head would look very good above the mantel.
The wood work throughout the entire house is simply impressive! For an example: the baseboards are extra wide, the crown molding, door casings & window casings feature implemented details; simply a special touch many people would not do in order to save money. All doors and bathrooms are equipped with quality door handles/faucets. And there are 2 water-heaters as well as a spacious mud-room a, exterior door and is set-up for a water line in case you want an ice-maker or another refrigerator.
The dining area has stained concrete floors; kitchen, hallways and baths have tiled floors. All floor coverings are held in neutral, warm tone earth colors. The Owner created a warm, welcoming & elegant atmosphere in their house. It reminds me a bit of the Colorado Hunting Lodges too.
Do you like to cook and dream of an exquisite kitchen? If so, you will be stunt by the great features of this kitchen has to offer. The cabinets are special made out of knotty alder, solid wood all the way to the ceiling, about 7ft. tall and tons of storage for your cooking ware. Here are some amazing features of the kitchen: granite counter tops with built in egg holder, stainless steel built in microwave, Kenmore Elite double convention oven, ceramic cook top Jenn-Air with griddle & grill, stainless steel dishwasher & refrigerator, vacuum switch for garbage disposal at the double sink, a large and beautiful kitchen center island with build in table and basket slots for vegetables. This island is about 92 inches long, 4 ft. wide and has double outlets on both sides and also an area for vegetable baskets. Some great features of the cabinets are built-in dividers, pull-outs, built-in spice rack and many more fine details. Adjoining to the cabinets is also a built in desk with cabinets above for your computer station, recipe books, etc. It is Simply a "COOKS DREAM". Kitchen & Living room windows have bamboo blinds, which again gives the home a wonderful, classy touch.
2nd bedroom has great views to the land, a mirrored area with an attached bar for your daughter's dance exercise and a great closet space with dividers & double hanging rod. This room is connected to a Jack & Jill Bathroom, which is accessible from the 3rd bedroom too.
Master Bedroom offers great views to the surrounding land and vaulted ceiling with recessed lighting. The walk-in closet is spacious and designed with dividers. The adjoining bathroom features a 3ft. tall vanity with double sinks, granite counter tops, built-in and 4ft. tall medicine cabinet and tiled floors and a 2 person shower with 2 shower heads.
Downstairs is another room, which is currently used as an Office. It has a built-in wall unit of about 14ft. long and French doors leading to the foyer. And of course; there is a bthroom downstairs as well. The Owner is a professional photographer and uses the surrounding land for Nature Pictures with her Clients (beautiful art-work).
Outdoors: your will find a great tree house for kids to play in nearby the house. The 96 acres consist of about 40% open pasture land, rest is in combination of scattered woods and timber. So ideal for horses, cattle and hunting! Newer fences with exception of one small part along the road. The home is supplied by Propane, electric and well water. Sewer consists of septic tank with lagoon (hidden, looks like a pond). Owner did not like the idea of an aerobic sewer system, since her child plays much outdoors. Propane tank is owned, not leased!
The well was drilled in 2006 when the home was built and is about 160 ft. deep. It also has a 1000 gal. holding-tank, which you really will appreciate. On the bottom part of this land is a spacious well house with a hook-up for generators, a spring-fed pond with a beach area created by the Owner. The seasonal creek winds itself through the pasture to the pond. The Owner uses the spring-fed pond for back- ground of fantastic client pictures. In addition to that there is also a duck pond.
The Owner reports quail, deer and turkey. I have not seen hog damage on the property anywhere.
The roads to the property are in overall good condition with mostly black top and some graveled road.
The property is located at 4865 388 Rd., in Stuart, Oklahoma, about 10 min. from Stuart and Highway 270W. Call or e-mail me any questions you may have. Thank you.
At Stuart School turn right! Follow black top road for about 5 miles until it runs into gravel road. Follow and take the 2nd road left, go to T, go right, home is on right.
