Shops and Buildings
30x40 detached all metal garage/storage building with cement floors and electric. 3 roll up doors, 2 walk thru doors and 3 windows.
40x50 Main Shop all metal building with industrial cement slab, insulated with electricity and 2 large roll up doors and 1 walk thru door. Has a propane heater.
72x52 All metal machinery shop with a center cement slab and gravel in the side bays. Complete with a very large sliding door, 2 roll up doors and 2 walk thru doors with electricity.
30x60 open sheet-iron hay/machinery shed with close access to feed bins and main shop.
All buildings are surrounded by established gravel and situated for easy access for semi drivers in and around while delivering feed or shipping cattle.
Infrastructure
Approximately 4 acres of welded pipe cattle pens, all divided, gated and serviced by automatic water tanks, including catch, holding and sorting pens. A highly efficient working corral with a sorting ally, tub and working chute that also includes a circular loading ally and an adjustable loading chute all in excellent condition, and easy enough to be used by yourself or with a little help. A 10x16 20,000lb (certified) Sooner livestock scales with electric scale indicator also sits near the corrals and offers an excellent and convenient way to collect weights when receiving and shipping cattle.
