This a is really special. If you have been looking to build in the country dont buy anything until you visit this one or the one next door to it. Its a couple miles off limited-access US27 on Monroe Mill Road (paved), right before it crosses the Tallapoosa River. The neighborhood is nice and well kept. You have county water. But once you get out and start walking the property just speaks to you. The trees are old and majestic. Big white oaks dominate the tree type and shade out the understory. You cant tell if a tree has ever been cut. The best building site that has already had a perk test is close to the center.
