Ranch is a great multi-use property. Currently used as a weekend getaway, the property is Ag-Exempt and a cattle are being run on the property. The Ranch has approx. 65 acres of pasture along with a 8 acre field that is located on the eastern boundary. Pasture is fenced and cross fenced and kept very clean. Wildlife is abundant with Native Whitetail Deer, Turkey and Axis deer being the primary species.
