Oasis is the finest large acreage ranch available in the Golden Triangle today. Spanning over 8000 acres, this high fenced ranch features beautiful rolling terrain with deep red, sandy soils, excellent quality first growth browse and huge Mesquite trees throughout. Currently enrolled in the MLDP program through TPWD, the ranch has Level 3 status through the Conservation Option. This extremely well managed native herd has been protein fed for many years, and the quality of the herd is excellent. This is truly an amazing wildlife sanctuary that has been carefully managed and preserved.
Structural improvements include three homes, game processing facility with cold storage, barns, shops and grain bins. The ranch is very well appointed with all the necessary amenities, while also not being over built.
The ranch is located 1.5 hours from San Antonio. Access is through a private gated entrance just off of a paved state highway that leads back to the remote and very private headquarters area of the ranch. There are many miles of improved roads throughout the ranch.
There are no minerals available with the ranch. There is a very strict Surface Use Agreement that can be conveyed to the new owner.
