Access to the property is by a deeded easement off of Hwy 180. Any negatives? A couple - the easement road is a combination of dirt & gravel and is pretty bumpy in places, but you won't need 4 wheel drive to get around. The property does not have direct access to power but there is a signed letter of intent from the property owner to the west to grant an easement to PG&E to provide power.

Check this one out!! We don't get many larger parcels, especially ones close to the highway. This property is an absolute diamond in the rough with unique terrain features, complete privacy, and world class views. The sellers will consider carrying paper for a qualified buyer with a large down payment, but the price is the price. Viewing is by appointment only, but don't delay as this one will go quickly.
