Negatives? Elevation is about 3,500 feet so you will get some winter snow on occasions. The road up to Miramonte is paved and well maintained but is very curvy, not a road you are going to speed on, but fun if you have a motorcycle. The property is very small, but everything you need is there and you do have a nice sense of privacy.
This is a really cute place and you certainly can't beat the price. It is, however, a cash only purchase.
