Millcreek is the main drainage for all of the local foothills, eventually feeding in to the Kings River. We classify it as a year round stream because it supports a native trout population...it has never been planted but I have been catching trout in it for over 50 years. Any negative features? Not really...the dirt road in to the property is about 2 tenths of a mile and is kind of rough in spots but, as I said, the owner is doing some repairs to improve it.
