Utilities: Rio Grande Electric Co-op provides Electricity to each tract. Telephone may be contracted through Southwest Texas Telephone in Rocksprings. Agricultural Water will be furnished to each tract by a private water system on a shared well basis.
Taxes: The Mailtrail Valley Land owners Association will provide for a game management program that will maintain a 1-D-1 Wildlife Exemption and Agricultural Tax status. Taxes in the area have been approximately $.50 per acres/per year on an agricultural basis.
Price and Financing: The tracts are 100-1,000 acres in size and prices range from $1,295 to $1,495 per acre, depending on location. Personalized loans are tailored for individual needs. Bank and Seller financing is available with as little as 10% down payment.
