Cow Island Hunt Club was established in the early 1980s. Located along the Tennessee and Mississippi border, Cow Island has approx. 400 acres in TN and 2600 in MS offering hunting and fishing opportunities in both states on one property. The club recently absorbed a membership share reducing the number of memberships to 16. This is a very low number of memberships for a club of this size.
Cow Island offers fantastic trophy whitetail deer hunting, great turkey hunting, small game hunting, great fishing on any of the several lakes on the property and waterfowl hunting can be excellent at times. The property consists of mature Mississippi River bottomland timber and the timber is being managed by a timber consultant. In addition, the deer herd is and has been monitored by an outside deer consultant for years.

The property has a full-time caretaker on staff. The elevated lodge was completely renovated in 2011 and sleeps up to 16. There is a large kitchen and wood burning fireplace in the lodge. There is also a locker room located under the lodge and covered storage is adjacent to the lodge for Rangers and 4-wheelers.
Well managed food plots dot the property and there are numerous club stands located throughout the property. Opportunities for personal stands are available. There are several boat launch locations on the lake.
This is the last share that will be available at this price as the club is establishing a higher minimum going forward.
