The farm is located in northeast Cross County approximately 15 miles northeast of Wynne and 10 miles southeast of Harrisburg at the community of Bay Village. It is accessed by CR 307, a gravel road maintained by Cross County.

Soils:
Soils consist of 46% Mantachie loam and 28% Iuka loam (both Class II soils), as well as 26% Alligator silt loam (a Class III soil). These soils are well drained, productive, and well-suited for all common crops grown in the Delta. The average NCCPI Index is 71.
Improvements:
The farm is irrigated via four wells with a system of underground pipe and risers that irrigate the entire farm. Two other wells that were used to irrigate the farm prior to 2020 were left in place but are no longer utilized in the current production configuration; however, these wells can be used to provide supplementary groundwater.
