Czar Ranch

Incredible large in one tract cattle/hunting ranch. Bordered on three sides by National Forest land. Located approximately 30 minutes below Steelville, MO. There is a beautiful clear flowing stream, several springs and ponds scattered thru out the ranch. There is a very good looking large brick house that needs to be finished. The views are fantastic and there is plenty of evidence of wildlife. The ranch has been lightly timbered. I really liked this place and I think that whoever ends up with this ranch is going to have a real place that they will be very proud of for a long time. The ranch can only get better. As I said finding these ranches in one tract is harder and harder to find and especially at this price.
