The Pease River Ranch is a North Texas combination cattle and hunting property in Cottle County. This property is accessed by Hwy. 83 with one mile of highway frontage. The property is located just 17 miles south of Childress and 13 miles north of Paducah.
The topography is outstanding with large canyons and wet weather creeks that have been untouched for the wildlife habitat in this area. The tops and the river bottom have been grubbed and larger trees left for roosting and shade. The fences are in good condition.
There are 3 water wells with one producing 600 gpm, another producing 200 gpm, and one solar well with electricity in place.
