There are beech but better yet some productive Oak I noticed along the way.
Trails framing most of the perimeter makes for easy access along with a Right Of Way back to the acreage.
Timing could not be better to get your own ground to enjoy this season. With what Ive seen thus far you would have a turn-key property for trophy deer and turkey. That is HARD to find.
