Nuway Ranch is a one of a kind vertically integrated working cattle ranch. Nestled in Northeast Arkansas on Crowleys Ridge, this tract provides scenic views and fertile bottoms with the facilities to manage a large cattle herd. The ranch is made up of approximately 1,139 acres of fenced pasture, 535 acres of cropland, 142 acres of timber, and the remaining is in roads, a manager house and facility sites. Approximately 330 acres of the cropland is used to grow corn for silage, the remaining cropland is planted in Bermuda for hay production. 190 acres of cropland is irrigated by 3 center pivot systems. The water for the irrigation is re-lifted from the creek that runs through the middle of the cropland.
