What a day I had taking pictures! Several deer spooked when I went into the hardwoods. Way too fast for any pictures. There is one picture of a nice 8 pointer that was in full rut and refused to run! The entire property was a deer haven along with turkeys and grouse. It offers 18 acres of planted fields and is surrounded by lovely wooded hillsides. Great Brook flows across the property creating a river bottom that has to be seen to be appreciated.
