There is a small locust grove along the Manchester Road area and there is one spot that could be utilized as a home site that power is accessible and topography is gently sloped.
The access trail from Bird Creek Road leads up the hill to a few shelf areas that offer a great spot for tree stands or hunting blinds. The elevation and natural contours of the land offer some pitch points for whitetail. This would make a great property for a hinge cut hunting tactic. When I walked the property I found a few turkey feathers under the large hemlocks which is a good indicator that the birds may be roosting there at night.
