AUCTION FORMAT: This sale will be conducted both live and online. Online pre-bidding will pause at 10:45 AM and resume simultaneously with the live portion at 11:00 AM.

REAL ESTATE TERMS: The farm will be clear of all tenants and ready for the 2025 farming season. The sale is subject to court approval. No buyers premium will be added to the final bid to arrive at the purchase price. What you bid is what you pay. (Bid Price) x (Surveyed Acres) = Purchase Price. A 10% down escrow check is required on auction day, unless prior arrangements have been made, with the balance due at closing. Closing will take place at Harvest & Home Title Company on or before April 18, 2025, unless prior arrangements have been made.
