5 Star employs a year-round manager/guide that takes care of all the duties of maintaining the hunting lodge, duck blinds, deer stands and food plots, along with the camp vehicles, boats, motors and equipment. The hunting lodge consists of a great room, full kitchen, dining area and covered porch. Each member has an exclusive bedroom suite with a full bath and walk in closet for over night accommodations.

Sharkey Bayou is a natural cypress and tupelo gum break that holds water year round growing native moist soil vegetation for waterfowl food sources. The property includes “green timber” and “open field” hunting with all the blinds accessible by boat from the covered boat shed at the Lodge. The boat shed has an enclosed mud room for storage of your hunting gear.

In addition to the great duck hunting, 5 Star offers deer, turkey, dove, hog and small game hunting. It’s proximity to Greenwood offers fine dining at the Crystal Café, Lusko’s and numerous other famous Delta Restaurants. There are five memberships in the club; only two have changed in its 33 year history.
