Falcon Lake is a private lake for use only by landowners. Stocked a couple years back by the legendary fisheries biologist, Bob Lusk, aka "The Pond Boss." Stocked with Pure Florida, F1 and Northern Bass, among others to establish the habitat. A dock can be built with permission from neighborhood committee. Bonus: Pictured aluminum boat and trailer included in sale. Whitetail deer regularly spotted on the property.

Access:As you turn off Falcon Lake the road continues on asphalt until you pass Strod Court at which point it becomes a dirt road (now covered in grass) up to the property. It is still in good condition and can be accessed by any car, though truck or SUV might be preferred. Building Restrictions: 2,000 sq/ft minimum (See supplement).
