Elevations range from around 2,350' in the elevated uplands country to approximately 2,150' feet in the creek bottoms and near the Red River bottom. Improvements: The Campbell Ranch is adequately improved for day to day ranching operations. Several good sets of livestock pens are found through the ranch as well as outbuildings and sheds. A nice owner's home serves as the ranch headquarters. This old home was once a camp for the historic JA Ranch located nearby.
Access: Access to the ranch is provided by a short deeded easement off of a graded county road.
Hunting/Recreation: Hunting in this area is widely known as being outstanding. Both mule deer and whitetail deer thrive in this area and aoudad sheep are occasionally seen on the ranch. Quail hunting should be fantastic and turkey are very common.
