Turkey Creek Ranch is located in Zavala County, approximately 15 miles south of La Pryor and 15 miles west of Big Wells, Texas at the junction of FM 393 and FM 1668. It is a well-maintained and scenic South Texas ranch -- ideal for all types of hunting! As you would expect for a ranch located in "Big Deer Country," it offers extremely good whitetail hunting as well as turkey, hog, javelina, dove, and quail hunting. (This ranch has never been commercially hunted -- it is used by family members only.)
The majority of the ranch is native pasture and brush. An additional selling point of the ranch is the irrigating capacity of the water wells. Hills and large oak trees in the creek areas make the topography especially scenic.

A nice 1500 square foot house is located at ranch headquarters. Other improvements include a barn, two submersible pumps which furnish water to the house and pens, Carrizo water sand, 12 tanks, and 700 acres of Klein grass. Fences are barbed wire. So that book deer on this ranch can be scored and entered into record books on the Boone & Crocket grading system, there are no high fences.
