There is a nice outdoor fire pit with built-in seating for entertaining and a concrete slab that is currently used as a basketball court, but could potentially be the foundation for an additional storage shed.
The ranch also has a 120 square foot walk-in cooler that would be perfect for keeping your trophy cool even in the hot months. There is a 480 square foot open porch that provides nice shade attached to a separate metal barn that is great for storage or would provide its new owner a nice shop or workspace.
All hunting blinds, game feeders, troughs, corrals, and gates will convey with the sale. The tripod blinds will not convey.
