Steeper slopes lie near small streams and in the transition areas between upland and bottomland. A few building sites are easily accessible. Powerline and phone/cable are present along Simpson Road. Soil map for septic drain field potential looks favorable near the road. Woods roads and trails give good internal access. The shape of the property does not lend well to division.

After about 0.6 miles turn right onto Simpson Road. After about 0.6 miles, the property will begin on the right side of Simpson Road. At about 0.8 miles, look for signs near a small, gated woods road.
