This hunting retreat is located 2.5 hours East of Billings MT and approx. 60 Miles South West of Miles City MT. Approx. 640 acres on the Beaver creek corridor and is bordered on three sides by the Custer National Forest.

This area is known for its trophy Elk, Mule deer and White Tail deer. In2016Powder River County hadthe new Archery World Record Typical Bull Elk with a score of430 0/8", which is also the highest score in 48 years overall.

The property is set up with a combination of alfalfa hay plots and water reservoirs to attract the big game habitat.

Buildings: This property also features a turn-key hunting cabin (sleeps 10 adults) with a large covered deck overlooking the hay fields. The cabin is solar powered and is heated with propane and wood. Detached shop/garage.
