Breeder Poultry Farm

Highly productive Breeder Hen Farm that consists of two 42 x 500 foot Breeder Houses with a 20 x 152 foot rear Hallway/Work Area and a 20 x 20 foot egg cooler room. These two houses were constructed in 2012 and are under Contract with Tyson Foods. All equipment is updated to meet all Tyson requirements: drop ceiling insulation, recirculating cool cells, auto nest egg gathering system, computer controllers with auto feed and waterers, curtain sides, roll seal end doors, generator, etc. These houses have been top producers from inception and Tyson 1099s can be inspected upon request.
